The Galloway House Inn provided adequate off-street parking and was located in a safe neighborhood. We enjoyed having the convenience of restaurants nearby. The historic home itself was stunning and situated in a picturesque neighborhood. As guests with disabilities, we appreciated the small apartment-style accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen and our own washer and dryer. The privacy and homeliness of the space made us feel very comfortable during our stay.
We felt most welcome during our stay at the Galloway House Inn and had no complaints whatsoever.

We had an incredible time at Galloway House Inn. The Remington Suite was beautifully appointed with luxurious linens and furnishings. The attention to detail was impeccable. The breakfast spread with muffins and bagels was a delightful touch. The location was convenient and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend Galloway House Inn for a fantastic stay.

I recently stayed at a charming inn nestled in a beautifully kept garden. The Caroline suite on the first floor of the carriage house was more than I expected. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary appliances and even had a copy of "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" which I was thrilled about. The comfortable bed and clean, modern bathroom were a delight. The owners were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. Although the inn is located outside of the historic district, we found some great eateries within walking distance and made use of the convenient Uber and trolley services. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this inn for a quaint and enjoyable experience.

During our stay, we found ourselves in a gentrifying neighborhood in a great Savannah neighborhood with plenty of very nice restaurants nearby. The inn was located outside of the historic district, but it was just a short distance away. We enjoyed exploring the area on foot and discovered several great local restaurants that weren't too crowded. The room we stayed in, the Caroline suite, was beautifully appointed with a comfortable bed and a clean, modern bathroom.
One minor issue we encountered was that the central air in the inn could be a bit noisy at times.

The Galloway House Inn provides a great location close to several great local restaurants that aren't too crowded. The inn is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Savannah mostly with residences. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-appointed with comfortable beds. Guests are greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine. The kitchen is stocked with a continental breakfast including bagels, muffins, yogurt, and orange juice.
The window treatments in the rooms do not keep out the bright lights of the alleyway, so light sleepers may need a sleep mask.

The property was very nice, with a cute cottage behind the house. The location was ideal, close enough to walk everywhere but still quiet. They provided everything we needed for our visit, including maps of the area.
The mattress in the cottage was too soft and we kept rolling to the middle. It was a bit challenging to communicate with the owner, as he was difficult with requests such as a clean bath towel and check-in time.

With its prime location, guests have easy access to explore the city's historic sights and restaurants. The accommodations are well-appointed, featuring spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and modern amenities like a washer and dryer. We loved the personalized attention we received from the staff during our stay. The warm welcome and helpful information provided made us feel right at home. Additionally, the complimentary bottle of wine and stocked kitchen with various breakfast options were a delightful bonus. The location was also a highlight, with easy access to a nearby park for transportation and a pleasant walk to the downtown area.
We did find that the hotel was a bit further away from the riverside, which required a longer walk or alternative transportation. Additionally, the neighborhood seemed to be undergoing some gentrification, which may not appeal to everyone.
Tourists from New Zealand often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
